Important Update for NEET-UG 2023 Applicants: Upload SC/ST Caste Certificate in Online Application Form

Dear NEET-UG 2023 aspirants,

We are pleased to inform you of a big update regarding the NEET (UG) 2023 application form. Candidates claiming the SC or ST category Caste (for SC) or tribe (for ST) certificate (Appendix–XA) will now need to upload the certificate in the online application form of NEET (UG) – 2023. This update is in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India.

If you are a candidate belonging to the SC or ST category, you will need to obtain a caste certificate from the competent authority and upload it in the online application form. The certificate must be in the prescribed format and should bear the official seal and signature of the competent authority.

We urge you to keep this update in mind while filling out your NEET (UG) 2023 application form. Failure to upload the certificate in the prescribed format may result in the rejection of your application.
