Pakistan Prime Minister and Cabinet Donate One-Month Salaries to Aid Earthquake Victims in Turkey and Syria

Today, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Cabinet of Pakistan announced that they will be donating their one-month salaries to relief efforts for victims of the earthquake in Turkey & Syria.

The decision was made in response to the devastating 7.2 magnitude earthquake that struck the region on October 11th.

The Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Pakistan were moved to take action after hearing about the widespread destruction caused by the earthquake. The quake has so far killed over 500 people and has injured thousands more.

There are many people who are still missing, and thousands of homes and businesses have been destroyed or damaged.

The Cabinet of Pakistan has also announced that they will be contributing an additional $5 million in aid to the region. This will be used to provide food and medical supplies to those affected by the earthquake.

This generous gesture by the Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Pakistan is being praised by humanitarian organizations all over the world.

It is hoped that their efforts will help to bring some much-needed relief to the victims of this devastating natural disaster.
